Westin Portland Harborview Wedding | Ashley & Mike!

This Westin Portland Harborview wedding was exactly as laid-back and fun as I expected after meeting these two — they focused solely on good times! I photographed Ashley & Mike’s Fort Williams engagement session a while back and they were just two of the easiest people to get along with — quick to laugh, kind, and easygoing. I had met Ashley even further back when she booked me for a boudoir session, so it was so exciting to hear from her when they were engaged. 🙂 They chose the Westin because Mike had proposed to her at the Top of the East, the restaurant/bar right at the rooftop — so it’s not only a very special location, but they knew it’d be centrally located for all of their guests who were visiting for the weekend! Mike is a police officer and Ashley is a firefighter, so this celebration was definitely a way for them to forget the stresses of every day and just unwind with good food and good company!
