This wedding at The Maine Wedding Barn in Minot, Maine was rustic, laid-back, and so much fun — laughter and dancing all around! I’ve known Matt for a long while — his parents have been close with my in-laws for YEARS so my husband has known him forever. I was so honored when his fiancé, Logan, got in touch with me about their wedding. They planned to have a super easygoing day at a gorgeous venue and it was obvious they wanted the focus to be on their love and commitment as well as their closeness to their family and friends. I had spent time with Matt before but didn’t meet Logan until their Baxter Woods engagement photos and she is just the sweetest person — it was immediately clear to me how much these two adore each other. The whole day just felt EASY. Logan laughed the whole time she got ready with her family and best girlfriends, I spent some time with Matt and his guys for photos, they had an outdoor ceremony in the beautiful sunshine, and then a reception in the barn with SO MUCH dancing, BBQ buffet (my favorite!), and homemade cookies by Matt’s mom, Sue (she is FAMOUS for her cookies). 🙂
