Yearly Wrap-Up: 2012 in Photos!
2012 was an epic year to say the least. It was my 2nd full year being a full-time photographer, and it was insane. I photographed 38 weddings, which was a bit more relaxed than 2011 (when I photographed over 50!), and 64 various other shoots which included boudoir, engagements, seniors, head shots, babies, families, anniversaries, products, maternity, rehearsal dinners, and lifestyle. I spent roughly 212 hours at weddings, traveled roughly 6,600 miles to and from weddings, and spent around 120 hours in the car driving to and from weddings. I saw President Obama speak – twice! Sarah & Scott | Engaged! | Nubble Light House Engagement Session | Maine Wedding & Engagement Photographer!
This is Sarah and Scott! They actually live in New Hampshire, but took a little weekend getaway to Cape Neddick and Nubble Lighthouse in York, Maine. What Sarah thought was just a spontaneous, romantic vacation was actually Scott’s master plan to propose to her! He had initially contacted me hoping I’d be available to photograph the proposal itself, but unfortunately I wasn’t available… so we got together a couple days later to do an engagement shoot. 🙂 The area around Nubble Lighthouse is beautiful, so we had fun walking around and finding great spots — and even walked up the road for ice cream towards the end!
