This rainy Portland, Maine engagement session with these two lovely ladies was so fun, rainbow umbrellas and all! They found me on Offbeat Bride and I was so excited to hear all about their rustic, love-filled wedding day! Unfortunately circumstances worked against us and I wasn’t able to be there for the wedding, but I was super grateful I at least got to spend some time with these beautiful ladies for their engagement session. This is Cathy & Jon! Cathy found me on Offbeat Bride and when she started describing her wedding to me — telling me all about Jon designing their paper goods, Cathy incorporating her love of fiber (knitting, felting, and weaving), and just their generally laid-back outlook on the whole day — I was so psyched to be on board! They came up to Portland for their engagement session and to meet with me, and we had an awesome time exploring around near the East End (and found some KILLER graffiti to boot!).
