Welcome to the newest installment of this blog… FLASHBACK FRIDAY! This is basically going to be a look back at previous years, whether it be weddings, portraits, or my personal life! I think it’s important to recognize where you’ve come from as well as acknowledging how far you’ve come as an artist and a professional. This week’s Flashback Friday is from December 30th, 2011. Yearly Wrap-Up: 2012 in Photos!
2012 was an epic year to say the least. It was my 2nd full year being a full-time photographer, and it was insane. I photographed 38 weddings, which was a bit more relaxed than 2011 (when I photographed over 50!), and 64 various other shoots which included boudoir, engagements, seniors, head shots, babies, families, anniversaries, products, maternity, rehearsal dinners, and lifestyle. I spent roughly 212 hours at weddings, traveled roughly 6,600 miles to and from weddings, and spent around 120 hours in the car driving to and from weddings. I saw President Obama speak – twice!
