Southern Maine Boudoir Photographer | Madeline’s boudoir session has to be one of my favorites thus far! I’ve known Madeline for a looong time (she was actually in my brother’s class back when we were all in grade school together!) and we reconnected a few years back. I am now wishing we had been friends all along, because she is one of the most gentle, sweet, loving souls I’ve ever met. I was looking to do some studio boudoir — borrowing a friend and fellow photographer’s studio space in Westbrook, Maine — and she happily volunteered! I don’t currently have a studio space of my own — I shoot boudoir all on-location (at your home, a hotel/b&b, or outdoors!), but I wanted to have some experience shooting in a larger studio setting and just being challenged by a new space. Madeline was the PERFECT person to help — she was up for anything and was really able to lose herself in the session, giving off this vibe of intense calm and serenity. I loved it!
