San Francisco Engagement Session with Jen & Drew!

I had THE MOST FUN EVER at this San Francisco engagement session with Jen & Drew. These two got in touch with me about photographing their New Hampshire wedding. While they both had roots in New England, they were currently living outside San Francisco and wanted to know if doing the engagement session out there was a possibility. Let me tell you… I would have moved mountains to make this happen! Not only had San Francisco been on my to-visit list for YEARS (far too long, really), but after talking with Jen and Drew I knew they were the kindest, sweetest people ever. We made a plan for my husband and I to take a trip out during my off-season and it was amazing.

We ended up spending the better part of a day adventuring around for their shoot! Since I was all the way across the country just to photograph them, there was no way I was going to limit their shoot to just an hour or two — plus I wanted to adventure just as much as they did! We made a plan about which locations we’d hit and spent the day driving around to all of them. We ended up at Crissy Field, walking around Haight-Ashbury, checking out the view from Alamo Square Park, eating lunch around Pier 39, checking out the graffiti in Clarion Alley, and playing games at the Musée Mécanique!

I was even more excited about their wedding after we finished up the shoot because I feel like I had gotten to know them both so well, and we had so much fun together. 😀
