Nicole + Ryan | Engaged! Boston Engagement Session | Massachusetts Engagement Photographer

This is Nicole and Ryan! Nicole found me on Offbeat Bride and wanted me to do their engagement photos, since a childhood friend was photographing their wedding in Connecticut. She described them both as “dorks” (my favorite kind of people!), him being a math teacher and her being a documentary filmmaker. They wanted to do the shoot at their favorite spots in Boston, and were prepared for it to be a wild ride, so we planned on a half-day shoot – much longer than my typical engagement sessions, but this was anything but typical! Nicole made up a DETAILED plan for the day – she had all the places we’d go, in order of priority, with some places ready for the chopping block in case we ran out of time. I couldn’t believe it – the weather was gorgeous, the T was on time for EVERY trip, and we got to do pretty much everything on their list, including finding ourselves on their favorite running trail RIGHT at sunset (and spotting a little bunny in the grass). Awesome day!!
