This is Molly! She got in touch with me to do a boudoir shoot, and I was honored that she would share her story with me. She told me all about her journey to find her own beauty, how she tried her best to fit in with the other girls only to realize that she was different and unique, and eventually came to embrace that uniqueness. She also found someone special in her life who loved her for HER — the parts of her that weren’t tied up in wearing makeup or high heels or sexy clothes — and it helped her to realize that HELL YEAH, I am sexy just the way I am. As she put it: “That’s the beauty I’d like to capture, not necessarily by involving connotations of sex, but by capturing the tender, the thoughtful, the lovely, the sweet, the pensive, and the honest. That is what I would like!”. Brilliant! She also ROCKED her shoot. She was able to go from innocent and pensive to rough and gritty in a matter of moments — truly a talent!
