Meg + Carrie | Day After Session! | East End Couples Session

This is Meg & Carrie! Funny story: Meg & Carrie got married in July 2012. You might remember their amazing carnival-themed wedding – how could you forget!? It was AWESOME, and even featured on Offbeat Bride! Anyway… their wedding day was hot. Like, REALLY hot. There were fans going in the tent outside and a sprinkler running for kids (and, okay, some adults) to jump through. I was honestly amazed that people danced out in the hot sun but people just had SO MUCH FUN they couldn’t resist! We were supposed to do their Day After session, well, the day after the wedding… but it was forecast to be JUST as hot (if not hotter) and a high chance of thunderstorms. Yeah, no. So we said “oh, we’ll just reschedule in a few weeks!”. Yeah, right. Between crappy weather, car troubles, and illness… we rescheduled about 298487492 times. But we finally made a winter Day After session happened, and it was amazing! Meg and Carrie’s hair POPPED against the mostly neutral background, and it was just so perfect and romantic. Fate, I tell ya.
