This is Lovely & Colin! Lovely got in touch with me back in January 2013 about their wedding. She told me about how they were currently living in Fort Rucker, Alabama, while Colin finished up flight school for the Maine National Guard, and they hoped to return home to Maine soon. They met because of their names — her first name being Lovely, not a common name, and his last name being Loveless (so yes, her name is now Lovely Loveless)! They reconnected after high school and the rest is history. 😉 We did their engagement session in downtown Portland — the Old Port area — as well as the East End to get some nice variety. Colin actually proposed to Lovely downtown, so it was the perfect setting! We had an awesome time exploring, and Colin even put on part of his uniform for a few shots. 🙂
