Kitten Yoga for Maine’s Animal Refuge League!

This kitten yoga for Maine’s Animal Refuge League was definitely one of the most interesting things I’ve photographed — you can’t really go wrong with cats and yoga. 😉 I was lucky enough to do head shots for Julia Workman, a certified yoga teacher who currently works for OmBody Health, a Maine workplace wellness company founded in 2014.  She got in touch with me about an event that the Student National Pharmaceutical Association (SNPhA) was putting on in conjunction with the Animal Refuge League — KITTEN YOGA! Everyone met at the ARL in Westbrook and did yoga, led by Julia herself, while cats were able to roam free. It was so awesome — people were not only relaxed from Julia’s incredible guidance, but who DOESN’T feel good while petting a cat? The kitties played and ran around, there were toys and treats, and I’d be amazed if at least one of them didn’t get taken home by one of the adoring students. 🙂
