Jeremy + Jenna | Engaged! | Peaks Island, Maine Engagement Session | Maine Engagement Photographer

This is Jeremy & Jenna! They are actually good friends of myself and my husband — Nate and Jeremy used to play together in a band, and they hang out on a regular basis. Jenna is pretty awesome, too. 🙂 When we found out they were engaged, we were SO EXCITED — they’re one of those couples that just WORKS together. They make sense. We knew we’d be going to their wedding in upstate New York, so I offered to take some engagement photos for them here in Maine. We decided to head out to Peaks Island one afternoon and explore there, all four of us. It was awesome, and I am dying to go back to take some more photos — such a perfect spot! It’s only a maybe 15 minute ferry ride from Portland, which makes it an amazing and versatile location. We already had limited time because once we got onto the island we had something like 2 hours, maybe less, to get back to the return ferry to Portland. Naturally we were faaar from the dock when the time came and had to RUN as much as we could… and then it started raining… and then we missed our ferry. Oops! But we got to have dinner and some drinks on the island so no complaints there. 😉
