Jenn + Trevor | Family! | East End Beach Family Session | Portland, Maine Family Session | Maine Family Photographer

This is Jenn & Trevor and their 4 beautiful children! You might remember Jenn from her maternity boudoir session — she was pregnant with the little guy you see here, Lincoln! We did their family session at the East End in Portland, which is one of my favorite spots ever. The shoot was PERFECT — a gorgeous day, beautiful blue skies, and a perfect mix of candid and posed shots. During my family sessions, I always love to get a good variety of loosely posed shots — the whole group together, each parent individually with the kids, etc — but my main goal, and my favorite part of the session, is when the family is just free to be themselves. I think those are the best photos after all — the ones of the girls balancing on the train tracks, goofing off for the camera, and Jenn & Trevor smiling at each other in the midst of all the happy chaos. 🙂
