Emily + Travis | Engaged! | Buxton, Maine Engagement Session | Maine Engagement Photographer

This is Emily & Travis! They were married in August, also in Buxton, and when we chatted about their engagement session, Emily quickly came up with the idea of doing it at home. They were both SUPER nervous about being photographed (don’t worry — most people are!) and figured that by doing it at home, they would a) be more comfortable, b) have more privacy, and c) could have some built-in activities (like building a fire in their fire pit and gardening) to take their minds off of the camera snapping away! I think it worked. They were still a bit nervous, but the best way to get over it is by laughing at yourself — and that makes for great photos. 😉
