Align Maine in South Portland | Maine Chiropractic & Wellness Center

Align Maine in South Portland is a fantastic chiropractic and wellness center located right in southern Maine, and they offer a little of everything! I got to take photos for them thanks to Elle Darcy of Rebelle Brands. She was working on their new website and they primarily wanted photographs of one of their hot yoga classes, as well as the entire business/staff. Sadly they closed the yoga portion of their studio recently, but they still offer SO many great things! Dr. Paul Perreault, one of the owners of the studio, offers chiropractic services (even just WATCHING him do an adjustment while I was there was relaxing!). Heather Kingsley offers acupuncture and cupping. They have two licensed massage therapists on board. Laura Szafranski is their certified consulting hypnotist — again, even just watching her do her thing was so soothing. And Lauren Perreault, the other owner, is a psychic medium and offers intuitive readings. The whole place just has this relaxed, happy vibe to it. It was buzzing with good energy. Definitely do yourself a favor and stop in!
